This recipe is another of my Southern Indiana heritage recipes!
2 apples, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 cup fresh or frozen trt pitted cherries
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Toss the apples in the lemon juice in a large bowl. Add the celery, cherries, cranberries, and pecans. Gently mix ingredients together. Make the following dressing and fold into the salad. Refrigerate until serving time.
Dressing:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
