ANTHONY'S PINEAPPLE COLESLAW

 Anothony's was a very popular seafood restaurant in the San Diego Bay area for 71 years. Sadly, it has closed. However, you can make their very popular coleslaw in your own kitchen.

1 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup crushed pineapple

1 tbsp milk

1 tbsp catsup

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp poppy seeds, optional

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

8 to 10 cups coleslaw mix

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pineapple, milk, ketchup, sugar, poppy seeds, if using, and the Worcestershire sauce.

Place the coleslaw mix in a large bowl, add dressing and toss to coat.

Cover bowl and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

Yield: Approximately 6 servings
