1/2 cup salad (I recommend using canola) oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared mustard
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Blend together the mayonnaise, oil, honey, and mustard. Whisk in the vinegar, when incorporated add the sugar and cayenne; mix until smooth.
Yield: 3 cups
Keep stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
