I am also a cookbook collector with several old cookbooks in my possession. My goal here is to share with you older recipes that have been lost to many. SPICY BANANA PECAN CAKE
This is another old recipe clipping from my late mother's shoe boxes of recipes. I haven't made this but it sounds good, without the raisins. I hate them!
The top amounts are a little hard to read. They are, in order, 1 1/2, 1/2, 1/2, and 3.
