2 cups fine bread crumbs
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp paprika
4 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Accent, optional
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients together well and put in a covered container. Keep in the refrigerator. Works well for pork chops and chicken.

Hi--am enjoying the simplicity of you blog and will visit often. This recipe is particularly useful these days sine supermarkets are not as much fun as they used to be.
