I am also a cookbook collector with several old cookbooks in my possession. My goal here is to share with you older recipes that have been lost to many. NEW MEXICO TORTILLAS
I lived in New Mexico back in the 1960s. In July of this year, I visited a grandson there. I love the foods from there and the Tex-Mex where I live in Texas now. Both use a lot of tortillas. Here is a recipe from one of my old cookbooks.
