I am also a cookbook collector with several old cookbooks in my possession. My goal here is to share with you older recipes that have been lost to many. BAKED FISH WITH MUSTARD & CREAM
This is another recipe from one of the old recipe books in my late mother's collection. I must get my love of recipes from her. She shoeboxes of recipe clippings. Most of which I don't ever remember her making.
