YUM. Made this last weekend in our old fashioned ice cream maker. It was so good plus easy to make.
I did not know how it would turn out with no eggs. I like using a peach puree instead of pieces of fruit. It's good that way right after making it but after it freezes the peach peaches are frozen solid. If you want some fresh pieces of peach in it I would cut some up to add each time you eat some so the pieces of peach are not frozen. That's what I do. Only took a minute if that to puree in my Vitamix. I was not sure how many peaches to use for 4 cups so I used 14 which was too many. I think 10 would be enough for anyone that wants to try this yummy peach ice cream. Enjoy it like I did!!! Thanks for sharing your recipe.
