STRAWBERRY RICE SALAD

2 small pkgs strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
1 cup cooked cold rice
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sweetened whipped cream
1 small can crushed pineapple, with juice
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Chill until it starts to congeal. Fold in rice, milk, whipped cream, pineapple and nuts; chill until firm.
