This is the same recipe my Grandma used to make when I was a little girl. (I am now 69) I had her write out the recipe for me and I still have it in her own hand writing. I have been making it for my grandchildren the last few years and they love it. They didn't realize we made it because we didn't have any other ingredients to make something sweet.
